PRICING
- Prices are in Australian dollars (AUD), include GST and are subject to change without notice. All orders are subject to price in effect at the time order is placed. Product prices exclude shipping.
PAYMENT TERMS
- We accept credit card payment by American Express, MasterCard and Visa. We also accept Paypal. All transactions on this website are processed using STRIPE, a secure online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.
SHIPPING
- All shipments are made via carrier of our choice, unless instructed in writing to use a specific carrier. All shipments are made from Mount Martha, Victoria, Australia.
- We currently deliver Spoil Me 4 Eva treats within Australia only.
- Unfortunately we do not offer international shipping.
- Spoil Me 4 Eva Fresh Meal delivery service available to Mornington Peninsula, Victoria residents only.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
- Spoil Me 4 Eva wants you to be delighted with your product when you receive it.
- All items are carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
- If you purchased your product online, and it is either defective or has been damaged in transit, contact customer care at hello@spoilme4eva.com.au
- Return the item within 14 days, we will inspect the product and if we agree it is faulty and unlikely to have occurred through abnormal use, we will either replace the product with an identical new one or issue a refund. We will also refund the postage cost to return the product if you email us a scan of the receipt. If we are unable to provide you with an identical flavour, we will, with your agreement, ship you an alternative flavour or issue you a refund.
